At Earrings by Emma, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. If your selection isn't quite right, our simple process ensures a quick exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn earrings and their original display cards into the protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our studio, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
